Description: Interhouse Group Folk Singing Competition On 25th July 2018, a group folk singing competition was organised for the students of classes IX and X in which all four houses represented different cultures through their folk songs. Pataudi house sung a Garhwali folk song "Chait Ki Chaitwal" which depicts the beliefs and rituals of Garhwal. Raman house presented a Haryanvi song "Bata mere yaar sudama" which depicts the incident when Sudama went to meet Lord Krishna. Teresa house sung a himanchali folk song "Shiv Kailash ke wasi" in the praise of Lord Shiva. Priyadarshani house also sung a garhwali folk sung praising the beauty of women. Overall it was a melodious event. Everyone enjoyed the performances of all 4 houses and appreciated their efforts. The programme was anchored by Devanshi Suyal (X - A) and Kamakshi Tewari (IX - D)
